1.) 12.5% of the total saleable plots has been mortgaged by the Jaipur Development Authority, Jaipur against the internal development work of the project those plots are plot no. 2, 3, 4, 67, 68, 69, 70, 78 and 79 admeasuring 1148.51 SqM. 2.)उक्त आवासीय योजना में जयपुर विकास प्राधिकरण स्वामित्व के सेक्टर व्यवसायिक भूखण्ड संख्या सी-5 क्षेत्रफल 814.52 वर्गमीटर का छोड़ा गया है। शेष सेक्टर व्यवसायिक भूखण्डों का स्वामित्व खातेदार का रहेगा. (In the said housing scheme, sector commercial plot number C-5 of area 814.52 sqm owned by Jaipur Development Authority has been left out.
