Remark About Project
1. As per township policy 2010, we have to mortgage 12.5% plots with Local Body, accordingly 7 Plots 1,2,26,33,34,35,52 is kept mortgage with JDA. These Plots will be released once development work is completed and development charges are deposited with JDA. 2. Open Area Includes Park 587.02 sq mtrs, Water Harvesting 47.94 sq mtrs, MT 27.91 sq mtrs, SWM 50.10 sq mtrs, PU 12.95 sq mtrs, Road 3633.33 sq mtrs and JDA Road 1999.50 sq mtrs totaling 6358.75 sq mtrs. 3. Plot No SC-1,2,8,9,15, 16 are JDA Plots and will be sold JDAonly and not by the Promoter 4. As per JDA Note Sheet, Plot No 3 merged with Plot no. 2 , however details updated accordingly
