1. 12.5% of the total saleable plots has been mortgaged by the Jodhpur Development Authority, Jodhpur against the internal development work of the project those plots are Plot no. 1, 10, and EWS Plot No. 19 to 22. 2. There are 76 two-wheelers parking (2 two-wheelers in each villa) out of which visitors parking are 38 (1 two-wheelers in each villa).
