It is with this submitted that the Development Agreement, already uploaded in the project summary was executed on an area sharing basis, therefore, the promoter added the text “OR” in oblique in between the promoter details in the draft ATS. Further, the clause related to Interest Rate (page 7), Earnest Money (page 12 & 15), Time is Essence (page 19), Possession Clause (page 19-21), Selling Price on Carpet Area (page 13, 16 & 28), Term 18 A, Apartment Ownership Act (page 26) and Note under Dispute Resolution (page 29-30) is in conformity with Form G and rest we may rely on the affidavit submitted w.r.t. the revised ATS.
