Mention the Balcony area now correctly as the issue of round off is now resolved; 2. Give a complete Table of the flat-wise change in areas and report why it should not be treated as a case of map revision; 3. Are there any allottees whose apartment area is getting changed? 12 Promoter We would like to clarify in respect to the objections raised: 1. We are feeding the absolute area for balcony i.e. in decimal as given by architect, however, the same gets rounded off automatically once we save the data. There is some IT issue in this case. Kindly guide us on this part. 2. The Approved maps include Gross Built Up area of the building, whereas carpet is internal part of the apartment. Therefore, the change in the respective carpet area of apartments will not affect the Gross Built Up area of the building. Also, there are minor change in the carpet area and balcony area of the apartments. And hence, there is no requirement for map revision. We have enclosed sheet for comparative change in carpet and balcony area of the apartment at the time of registration and post registration for your kind reference. 3.
