Remark about Project 1). As per Township Policy 2010, 08 Plots (Plot No. 22 to 25 and 27 to 30) having Total area of 633.83 Sq. Mtrs equal to 12.5% of saleable area have been kept as mortgage under KDA Kota. These plots would be allotted after the internal development work of project is completed and development charges are deposited with KDA Kota. 2). Since it is a plotted development project therefore no parking details are required. 3. The Total Open Area 3532.06 Square meters and the area related with S.W./M.T /Park 439.13 Sq Mtr, Road 3092.94 Sq Mtr. 1).
