Remark about Project
1.As per Township Policy 2010, 13 Plots (Plot No. 3, 26, 27, 28, 29, 41, 42, 43, 44, 77, 78, 79, 80) having Total area of 1378.72 Sq. Mtrs equalling to 12.5% have been kept mortgage. These plots would be allotted after the internal development work is completed and development charges are deposited with Jaipur Development Authority, Jaipur. 2. The Total Open Area 9020.78 Square meters and the area related with Park 1001.00 Sqm + SWM Area 50.00 Sqm + Mobile Tower Area 20.04 Sqm + Road area 7949.74 Sqm. 3. P.U. (Toilet) Area 10.02 Sqm is not part of open area. 4. The Promoter will sell the informal commercial as a Plot Further the buyer will take the neccessary approval from JDA. JDA for the internal Planning in the informal comm. Plot.
