Project Name EMPRESS (PHASE-1) Vardhman Eminara Phase I We want to change project name.
Remark about Project 1.) The proposed scheme is to be developed in multiple phases. The complete scheme has several common facilities and amenities which are covered in different phases of the project, such as parks, landscaped garden, temple, community infrastructure etc.. Common facilities and amenities of the complete scheme shall be shared and accessible to all allottees irrespective of the phase, also all the facilities & amenities shall be available for use only on completion of all the phases. 2.) It has been specially made clear that presently permission for construction has been granted by the JDA for 2 Basements + Stilt Floor + 11th Floor. Promoter intends to obtain permission for additional floors i.e. 12th to 18th floors in due course of time and necessary formalities like RERA Fee & details of apartments, GBUA etc has been furnished as per 2 Basements + stilt Floor + 18 Floors. Upon receipt of permission for the additional floors (12th to 18th) it will be updated in RERA through map revision. It is also clarified that in case of, the promoter didn’t get the approval of additional height from government, the construction will be as per current sanctioned plan i.e. up to 11th floors. (1.) We want to change project name.

I/ we do hereby solemnly declare and undertake: That the changes/updations proposed by me/us in the Project details are correct and shall not affect/ damage the rights and interests of the allottee(s) of the project. If, however, due to such modification, any damages or losses are suffered by any allottee(s) or any rights and interests of any allottee(s) are adversely affected or any dispute arises, promoter of the project shall be solely responsible and liable to compensate for the same and to resolve the dispute and shall also be liable for all other legal and financial consequences thereof

3 Promoter Dear Ma'am, It is again submitted that, in many cases, promoters have applied for a change in the project name, and the Authority has accepted these changes without requiring all the previously mentioned documents. Changing the name in all related documents would be a tedious and time-consuming process. In this regard, we have already added an online remark stating that all affidavits, declarations, and other documents will now be read and treated as referring to the new project name. For instance: 1. LEHARIYA 2. RESIDENTIAL SCHEME-VILLAGE BASSI KHASRA NO. 1629, 1630 & 1631 Therefore kindly relieve us from this obligation. Meanwhile, we have approached the bank officials for opening new bank accounts. Kindly accept our humble submission and proceed our application. 4/28/2025 PENDING WITH NODAL OFFICER

In the application, the applicant states that, with RERA's permission, the project name has been changed from "Empress Phase I" to "Vardhman Eminara Phase I." All declarations, undertakings, agreements, and other documents executed by the promoter under the name "Empress Phase I" will remain valid for the project now named "Vardhman Eminara Phase I." According to the court order dated 21.02.2025, the applicant was directed to register the project under the new name. (Document is enclosed with the application). Therefore, the application is submitted for review and may be approved on the condition that the applicant provides copies of bank statements and sale agreements reflecting the revised project name ie.
