3 Promoter Dear Sir, 1. The note sheet uploaded clearly mentions Khasra No. 389 A and 389/1, along with additional word "इत्यादि" that indicates the inclusion of the remaining khasra as well. This implies that the entire relevant land parcel is covered. Furthermore, on the para 4/n, three scheme names have been mentioned for which JDA has decide to change the name. Further, the project of zone 13 bassi kardhani is currently applied for change in project name. In view of this, we request that the details be considered accordingly. 2. The promoter (Jaipur Development Authority) does not intend to change the existing bank account and will continue with the updated account as per the RERA records. Furthermore, the project was registered with RERA on 14.02.2023 i.e. before the introduction of the new regulation dated 14.03.2024 It is not feasible to change the account holder’s name in accordance with the new regulation and since the regulation does not have any retrospective effect, we request that the existing account be allowed to continue without any modifications.
