4 Promoter Respected RERA Authority, With respect to para no. 3/n, kindly accept our submission - • In response to the objection concerning the mortgage-free letter, we would like to clarify that the said project “Apeksha City Ajmer,” registered under RERA Registration No. RAJ/P/2021/1594 is first phase of a larger scheme. Also none of the plots in Phase I are mortgaged with the local authority. So, we have submitted the completion certificate issued by a Chartered Engineer as proof of the completed development work for this phase. • In addition, promoter will submit the mortgage-free letter issued by local authority with the relevant phases of the project that include mortgaged plots. • We kindly request the RERA Authority to accept the uploaded service drawings with this application, as our request for the Completion Certificate (CC) has already been submitted under application number RERA-PRD-2024-1747. CC submission is currently pending due to the requirement for the project service drawings. Alternatively, you may provide a copy of the application filed under the Right to Information (RTI) submitted to the Local Authority to obtain a certificate verifying that the plots were not mortgaged in the scheme, in accordance with the directive dated 24.05.2024. 6 Promoter Respected RERA Authority, With reference to the objection raised in para no. 5/n regarding mortgage-free status of plots, we hereby submit our response: We wish to bring to your kind attention that with this reply we have attached the Mortgage Deed executed with Ajmer Development Authority, which will confirm that no plots from Phase I of "Apeksha City Ajmer" (RERA Registration No. RAJ/P/2021/1594) are under mortgage. For your kind perusal and comprehensive assessment, we have enclosed the following documents: 1. Mortgage Deed 2. Project Approval Letter 3. Approved Layout Plan 4. Phase Plan The mortgage details for subsequent phases have been appropriately indicated in their respective registration applications.
