Dear Applicant,
Following details need to be addressed in your online application:-
1.)In section of common area:-w.r.t Water supply also upload the Stilt floor Water supply drawing; Also in tab of water supply and rain water harvesting ,Sanitation, Firefighting where is the drawing w.r.t Plot no R-17/263, R-17/264
2.)In section of common area in tab of “Sanitation(Storm Water Drainage, Sewerage, STP, Solid Water Disposal etc)”and Firefighting :-Continue to upload the External common area service drawing:-Internal drainage plan and Typical floor Firefighting drawing is to be uploaded in Building/Apartment details in respective tab;
3.)Clarify and Justify as when at the time of Registration two separate maps and site plan for Plot no Plot No. R-17/263, R-17/264 and R-17/265, R-17/266, R-17/266A was registered in one application and further No Re-constituted plan was not uploaded then how in the service drawings :-Constituted Electrical service drawing is uploaded:-address the same as per approved map; Re-check in all cases where if any uploaded by you
4.)In section of Building/Apartment type details:-In tab of Plumbing :-specify as where is Typical floor Plumbing dwg for Plot no. R-17/263, R-17/264 also in the same tab upload the PDF Merge dwg for stilt floor for both the blocks;
5.) In section of Building/Apartment type details:-In tab of electrical dwg specify as how you are uploading Constituted electrical dwg fpr stilt floor for both the blocks; Also in the same tab upload typical floor electrical drawing for both the Plots;
6.)In tab of Architectural drawing also upload the Building section and balcony/railing details of the plots;
7.) In section of Building/Apartment type details:-In tab of Firefighting dwg specify as where is Plot no. R-17/263, R-17/264 dwg;
Comply with the same by on or before 24.10.2024

In Reply to objections it is humbly submitted as follows:-
1) In reply to objection 1 it is submitted that Stilt floor Water supply supply drawing has been uploaded; Also in tab of water supply and rain water harvesting ,Sanitation, Firefighting, drawing w.r.t Plot no R-17/263, R-17/264 is now uploaded.
2) In reply to objection 2 it is submitted that in tab of “Sanitation(Storm Water Drainage, Sewerage, STP, Solid Water Disposal etc)”and Firefighting, the External common area service drawing and Internal drainage plan and Typical floor Firefighting drawing is uploaded in Building/Apartment details in respective tab;
3) In reply to objection 3 it is submitted that separate electrical drawings for Block A and Block B has been uploaded and same is done in other drawings tabs
4) In reply to objection 4 it is submitted that In section of Building/Apartment type details:- In tab of Plumbing Typical floor Plumbing dwg for Plot no. R-17/263, R-17/264 is uploaded and also in the same tab Merge dwg for stilt floor for both the blocks is uploaded
5) In reply to objection 5 it is submitted that In section of Building/Apartment type details:-In tab of electrical dwg separate electrical dwg for stilt floor for both the blocks is uploaded; Also in the same tab typical floor electrical drawing for both the Plots is also uploaded;
6) In reply to objection 6 it is submitted that In tab of Architectural drawing the Building section and balcony/railing details of the plots has been uploaded;
7) In reply to objection 7 it is submitted that In section of Building/Apartment type details:-In tab of Firefighting dwg, drawing of Plot no. R-17/263, R-17/264 dwg has been uploaded;

1.)Re-check as somewhere where in drawings for Block A you are apprising address as both 17/263, R-17/264 sheet aswell as R-17/265, R-17/266, R-17/266, however as somewhere in Block B as 17/263, R-17/264; Correct as per factual position wherever it has been apprised by you; Also Re-check your “Sanitation(Storm Water Drainage, Sewerage, STP, Solid Water Disposal etc)” tab;
2.)Under Building documents specify as where is Block “A”Ground floor electrical drawing
