3 Promoter Dear Sir, As per the objection raised by you in the online application, following details are updated in application:- 1.) There are total 123 villas in the project. The typical drawings of villas has been uploaded in both plumbing and electrical tabs. 2.) On working drawing the Project name as registered “Mahima's Shubh Nilay Phase-II "Villas"” has been apprised and the sheet/annexure stating which PDF page no regarding details pf Villa and Floor wise details has been uploaded; 3.) Similarly in Structure drawings the Project name as registered “Mahima's Shubh Nilay Phase-II "Villas"” has been apprised and the sheet/annexure stating which PDF page no regarding details pf Villa and Floor wise details has been uploaded; Kindly consider the same for approval. 4 Puneet Kapoor (10671) Dear Applicant, 1.)Drawings of villas as uploaded in both plumbing and electrical tabs is not showing the Villa no :-Mention the villa number on the respective drawing; 2.)In your reply at para no.3/N you have mentioned that there are total 123 villas in the project, however as per your sheet of villa number uploaded in tab of Architectural drawing:-last villa number mentioned by you as V-137; Also in tab of Architectural drawing/sheet uploaded specify as where is Villa no 12-14,17,51-54,88-91 respectively; 3.) in tab of Structural drawing/sheet uploaded specify as where is Villa no 12-14,17,51-54,88-91,108-111 respectively respectively; Comply with the same by on or before 31.12.2025 1/24/2025 APPLICATION OBJECTED
5 Promoter Dear Sir, As per the objection raised by you in the online application, following details in application: - 1) The villa drawings uploaded in both the Plumbing and Electrical tabs are applicable to all villas. For this reason, specific villa number is not indicated on these drawings. 2) That numbering of villas has been done in the manner that villa numbers 12-14, 17, 51-54, and 88-91 are not considered in the project. The total number of villas in the project is 123 and their villa numbers are 01-11(11 villas), 15-16 (2 villas), 18-50 (32 villas), 55-87 (33 villas), and 92-137 (45 villas). It is pertinent to mention that villa no. 41-42 and villa no. 136-137 are combined and considered as single units/villas. Therefore, villa numbers 12-14, 17, 51-54, and 88-91 doesn’t exits and consequently their Architectural drawings have not been uploaded. 3) That numbering of villas has been done in the manner that villa numbers 12-14, 17, 51-54, and 88-91 are not considered in the project. Therefore, villa numbers 12-14, 17, 51-54, and 88-91 doesn’t exits and consequently their structural drawings have not been uploaded.
