These plots would be allotted after the internal development work is completed and development charges are deposited with Jaipur Development Authority. 2 The Total Open Area 7600.99 Square meters and the area related with Park 803.35 Sq. Mtr + S.W.M 50.00 Square meter + Mobile Tower area 20.00 Sq. Meter + Gas Line area 2083.87 + Road 4643.77 Sq. Meter 3. Since it is a plotted development project there is no parking details are required. 4. THE TOTAL AREA (IN HECT.) IN 90-A ORDER OF JDA DATED 06.12.2021 WAS 1.6 HECT. WHICH WAS NOT PROPER AND THE ORIGINAL AREA (IN HECT.) IS 1.49 WHICH IS MENTIONED IN THE AMENDED 90-A ORDER OF JDA DATED 22.03.2022.
