Remark about Project 1.) 12.5% of the total saleable plots has been mortgaged by the Jaipur Development Authority, Jaipur against the internal development work of the project those plots are plot no. 8, 9, 12, 24 to 26, 28, 31 to 35, and 41 to 43 (admeasuring 1396.21 sq.mtr.). 3.) Commercial Plot No. SC-1, SC-6, SC-7 and SC-8 are in the ownership of the JDA and shall be sold by the JDA only and thus the same is mentioned under the "not sanctioned category" 1.) 12.5% of the total saleable plots has been mortgaged by the Jaipur Development Authority, Jaipur against the internal development work of the project those plots are plot no. 8, 9, 12, 24 to 26, 28, 31 to 35, and 41 to 43 (admeasuring 1396.21 sq.mtr.). 2.) 14 Promoter Dear Sir, Our authorized representative appeared for the hearing and presented the following facts of the case: 1. The local authority has not issued a separate letter for the release of mortgaged plots. However, the authorized officer of the Jaipur Development Authority (JDA) has explicitly noted and signed the release of 12.5% of the plots on the layout, along with the date of release. 2. Furthermore, the Authority has accepted a similar case in the project Arihant Greens (RAJ/P/2021/1647, Application No. RERA-PRD-2023-1158), where no separate letter was issued by the local authority for the release of mortgaged plots. Instead, they provided a layout with comments indicating the release of mortgaged plots. In light of the above submission, the humble promoter respectfully requests the kind authority to consider this matter in the interest of natural justice and grant the necessary relief. 12/20/2024 PENDING WITH NODAL OFFICER
