PROJECT COST DETAIL
Land cost as per rule 5(1) 172,022,614.00 176,022,166.00 Due to clerical error, we have the some mistake while calculating the Land Cost as per Rule 5(1). we identified the same mistake and now we are correcting the same. R3 certificate received from Chartered Accountant of Land & development cost is appended herewith for ready reference.
Development cost as per rule 5(2) 300,000,000.00 220,000,000.00 As the Company have adopted more efficient project management and cost control measures therefore it is proposed to decrease the estimate development cost from Rs. 30 crores to Rs. 22 crores.R3 certificate received from Chartered Accountant of Land & development cost is appended herewith for ready reference.
