These plots would be allotted after the internal development work is completed and development charges are deposited with Jaipur Development Authority, Jaipur. 2. The Total Open Area 30441.02 Square meters and the area related with Park 3215.98 Sqm + Facility + 4937.65 Sqm + H.T. Line 1527.72 Sqm + Parking 630.00 Sqm+ M.T area 57.38 Sqm + S.W.M 100.02 Sqm + ZDP Road 48M area 285.45Sqm + ZDP Road 18M area 1565.41 Sqm + Road area 18121.41 Sqm. 3. May kindly note that on the layout plan the common designated space of parking has been marked for the purpose of common parking. The total parking area of 630.00 Sqm.
