Remark about Project 1. As per Township Policy 2010, Plots (one Commercial Plot and 3 residential plots having no. 117, 140, 169) total 4 Plots having Total area of 1491.33Sq. Mtrs. equaling to 12.5% have been kept mortgage. These plots would be allotted after the internal development work is completed and development charges are deposited with Jaipur Development Authority. 2. The Total Saleable Area is 11803.85 (Sq. mtrs) Includes Residential Area (9020.47 Sq.mtrs)+Retail (118.58 Sq.mtrs) + Commercial (928.02 Sq.Mtrs)+ EWS/LIG (1065.91 Sqm.)+Future Extension Attached (670.87 Sqm.). Further The total Open Area is 11423.35 Square meters out of which area related with S.W.M is 54.07 Sq. Meter, related to park is 1236.44 sq. meter, related to Road 7789.09 sq. meter, Related to P.U. 10 sq. meter and related to mobile tower 10. sq meter and related to facility 2323.75 sq. meter. 3) Total saleable area 11803.85 sq. mtrs. includes “Future ext. attached” consisting of 670.87 sq. mtrs., which is part of RERA registered project “Aditya City” (RERA Registration No. RAJ/P/2022/2253. Promoters of both Projects name “Aditya City” and “Adity city – I” are same. Also remark for the same has been mentioned in point no. 6 of notes of JDA approved MAP of proposed project. Future ext. attached area 670.87 sq.mtr. included in total saleable area, which is comprise with plot no. 102 to 109 and 110 to 112 and are approved in map for proposed sale. 4) In JDA approved MAP future reserved area consisting of 6307.33 sq. mtrs., which have not been included in proposed project “Aditya City-I”. When future ext. area will approve by JDA, we will get registered the same as a new project. 1. Update the detail of sanctioned and not sanctioned plots for plot no. 160 & 169, under the plot details tab; 2. But, as stated in the application, the promoter showed plot no. 169 by mistake as mortgage instead of 160. Therefore, now in the said application promoter updated the details of both the plots in the Plot Details tab and the Remarks column.
