10 Promoter Sir, Our project “Homeland Vatsalya” is a plotted development project & not a Villa Project. As submitted to the authority Escalation in cost is due to change in market conditions & at the time of registration some costs were not considered while submitting development cost. Also we hereby would like to submit that Cost at the time of registration was 14,05,00,000.00 but due to typo error 4,05,00,000.00 was submitted. Now, with this application we are updating current estimated cost of project. 5/26/2022 PENDING WITH NODAL OFFICER
