Remark about Project
1.As per Township Policy 2010, 74Plots (Plot No. 60 TO 67 & 70 TO 72) having Total area of 1544.79 Sq. Mtrs equalling to 12.5% have been kept mortgage. These plots would be allotted after the internal development work is completed and development charges are deposited with Jaipur Development Authority, Jaipur. 2. The Total Open Area 7328.53 Square meters and the area related with Park 982.93 Sqm + Water Harvesting area 264.23 Sqm + S.W.M 50.49 Sqm + Mobile Tower area 20.32 Sqm + Road area 6010.56 Sqm 3. Total Scheme Area is this 19961.00 Sq. Meter as per Approved Layout, Land Loss in khasra area 312.78 Sq. Meter, therefore in our application we have mentioned phase area after deducting Land Loss Area therefore of the project Phase area as 19648.22 Sq. Meter
