Yes, The project is registered under the plotted development category and it is suitable for development of residential farm house only on plots allotted, however the marking aligns for the development adheres to the Maximum permissible limit as outlined by the JDA's norms and guidelines relating to the development on the residential farm house plotted project. Therefore, Allottee(s) of the said plots shall have the right to develop but as per permissible limit of the prevailing laws.

A site visit was conducted on 02.04.2025. The scheme consists of 27 farmhouse plots, of which 12 remain vacant while 15 are either constructed or under construction. Four farmhouses feature different elevations and planning, while 11 farmhouses maintain similar elevations and planning. The promoter's representative clarified that all constructed or under-construction farmhouses are being built by their respective buyers/owners. The promoter has merely attempted to standardize the design by recommending the same pattern, color scheme, and facade elevation to maintain uniformity throughout the development. Photographs have been attached for reference.
Therefore application is submitted for kind perusal and decision on updating services drawings of the project.
