10 Rishabh Sharma (10665) The said project was registered in RERA on the basis of approved building plans dated 26-07-2018 in 3A provision of CMJAY 2015 given by AJMER DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY and then after the promoter has got the revised maps approved by AJMER DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY dated 14.07.2020 in 3B provision of CMJAY 2015. However, the revised maps of the said project were approved by the Authority in respect to the online application no. RAJ-RERA-APP-MR-2021-37 (25-02-2021), now, the promoter has requested to update the legal title documents of the said project due to change of provision from 3A to 3B (as in 3A provision a single patta of complete project land was issued and in 3B provision patta of individual plots of the scheme has issued). In the said application promoter has uploaded the revised advocate search report, sale deeds (not uploaded earlier), and the individual patta of all plots of the scheme/project issued by AJMER DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY.
