I/ we do hereby solemnly declare and undertake:
That the project shall be completed by the extended project finish date, i.e.,12/31/2018 and that the desired extension (if granted) of registration of the project shall not affect/ damage the rights and interests of the allottee(s) under the agreement for sale nor will it exonerate the promoter from his obligations to the allottee(s) under the Real Estate (Regulations and Development) Act, 2016 and rules & regulations made thereunder. If, however due to this extension, any damages or losses are suffered by any allottee(s), any rights and interests of any of the allottee(s) are affected or any dispute arises, promoter of the project shall be solely responsible and liable to compensate the same and to resolve the dispute and shall also be liable for all legal and financial consequence of delay in handing over the possession vis-à-vis what is previously agreed with the allottee(s).

8 Promoter point wise reply to the objections raised- 1. it was directed to upload the completion certificate of the project instead of form r-1, r-2 and r-3. we have now uploaded the completion certificate in place of form r-1, r-2 and r-3. 2. it was objected that in form r-1 architect has put seal of his firm in place of architect seal, in this respect it is submitted that since form r-1 is not being uploaded now the said query is resolved. 3. the land cost of the project is 0, the same could not be updated on the portal due to some technical error in the project modification module. the screenshot of the same is attached herewith for your reference. the promoter undertakes to get the same updated as soon as the problem is resolved. it is requested to kindly grant the extension of registration of the project. user updated this details. 4/10/2021 PENDING WITH NODAL OFFICER
