Remark About Project
The total land area of the project as per Patta is 27013.76 sqm and as per physical measurement is 26511.29 sqm.and accordingly the building plans have been approved on the basis of physical measurement. Therefore, for RERA Registration as well land area measuring 26511.29 sqm. has been taken into consideration. 2.. Relevant building plans numbered 1-6 of blocks of the said project Ashiana Daksh Phase III have been uploaded and sheets from 1 to 12 have been submitted along with hard copy to RERA Authority.
