Block A is registered under the project name "RIVERFRONT HOMES" (RAJ/P/2018/867) by the promoter Ravi Surya Affordable Homes Private Limited, while Block B is being developed under the project name "AURIC AQUA HOMES" by Auric Infratech Private Limited. The common areas and facilities of RIVERFRONT HOMES will be shared with the allottees of AURIC AQUA HOMES, and vice versa.
