Remark About Project
As per the Jaipur Development Authority layout plan approval dated 26/02/2019, 12.5 Percent saleable plot bearing numbers 1,8,37,38 & 39 having total area 378.66 SQ. Mt. are mortgage to Jaipur Development Authority. These Plots are not to be sold without permission of Jaipur Development Authority.
