1. As per UDH order dated 27/06/2017 affidavit for fire noc has been submitted to the appropriate authority. 2. As per UDH order dated 22/06/2017 environment noc would be obtained before applying completion certificate. 3. The encumbrance on the project has been added on 03.07.2018 3. The previously mentioned account details of the project account were :- A/C No. :- 361305500104 Bank Name :- ICICI BANK Branch :- Bhankrota, Jaipur 4. Based on the required of the promoters the account details has been changed on 26.02.2018 5. The Bank detail has been modified based on the application of the promoter. The detail of separate bank account as per section 4(2)(l)(D) of the Act has been changed on 25.07.2019. As per this modification the earlier account no. 11123900000028 of DCB Bank has now been changed to account no. 1921221423660701 of AU Small Finance Bank Limited Bank. As per Applicant request application w.r.t. Extension of Estimated Finished date and further to the approval of Hon'ble Chairman on 05-02-2020, the estimated finished date has been changed from 30-09-2020 to 29-09-2021.Therefore revised estimated finished date should be now read as 29-09-2021. Estimated finished date updated on 10-02-2020. The Promoter shall obtain from the competent authority the requisite extension of validity of approved building plans and submit a copy thereof to the authority latest by 07.04.2020, failing which this certificate of extension shall stand withdrawn.
