FURTHERMORE UNIT NO 13 CAN BE SOLD/DEVELOPED AS PLOT/RESIDENTIAL UNIT/ ROAD EXTENSION AND IT WOULD DEPEND IN FUTURE ONLY ON UNIT HOLDER/FUTURE PLANNING.
