In the said case promoter has applied for change of promoter of the project from “KEDIA BUILDERS AND COLONIZERS PRIVATE LIMITED” to SHREE RADHE KRISHNA LANDCON LLP on the basis of the Development cum Collaboration agreement between both for the project VEDIC VILLAS, which is registered in 2 phases with the Authority VEDIC VILLAS PHASE-I (RAJ/P/2020/1198) and Vedic Villas Phase- II (RAJ/P/2020/1229). In the agreement development, sell & related rights to this Authority are with SHREE RADHE KRISHNA LANDCON LLP.
Promoter has also uploaded the revised Form G and other relevant affidavits/declarations in the said application w.r.t. the change of promoter while adding a Remark regarding same. As there is no booking in the said project, therefore, consent of allottees is not required.
Therefore, application is hereby submitted for kind perusal and approval for change of promoter of the said project.
