In the agreement development, sell & related rights to this Authority are with SHREE RADHE KRISHNA LANDCON LLP. Promoter has also uploaded the revised Form G and other relevant affidavits/declarations in the said application w.r.t. the change of promoter while adding a Remark regarding same. As there is no booking in the said project, therefore, consent of allottees is not required.
