Declaration cum Undertaking for Extension of Registration
	I/ we do hereby solemnly declare and undertake: That the project shall be completed by the extended project finish date, i.e., 9/30/2022 and that all the information provided in this application is true and correct.
	I/ we do hereby solemnly declare and undertake: That as per approval given by the competent authority, building plans of the project are valid only upto 9/30/2021; therefore I/ we will obtain from the competent authority the extension of validity of approved building plans upto/ beyond 9/30/2022 and submit a copy thereof to RERA within 6 months from the date of grant of extension of registration, failing which the extension of registration granted by RERA shall stand withdrawn and I/ we shall be liable for the consequences under the provisions of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 and rules & regulations made thereunder.
