Further, we want to update the development cost by considering the loan interest amount on registered part of Vatika Infotech City i.e. Vatika Infotech City, Part -A. 12 Promoter Dear Sir, the humble applicant submits that in the earlier application (RAJ-RERA-APP-SPM-2023-512 (09-01-2023)) for change in development cost, we have considered Rs. 2,14,76,76,771 as the development cost which accounts construction cost of the project as Rs. 39,00,00,000 and the interest cost to be incurred in the project as Rs. 1,757,676,771. But the interest cost included in the said application was interest incurred on the whole scheme area i.e. 20,50,077.27 sq. mtr. and not proportionate to the phase area registered with RERA which is only 240732.88 sq. mtr. Thereafter, applicant has applied for the updation of development cost (RAJ-RERA-APP-SPM-2023-623 (16-05-2023) on the proportionate phase area of the scheme which comes out to be Rs. 716000000/- interest cost to be incurred in the project making the development cost Rs. 1060000000/-.
