4 Promoter Dear Sir, promoter humbly submits to the kind authority that in reference to Rule 5 of RERA Rule 2017 development cost of the project can be changed with change in on-site expenditure includes fees payable to the architects, consultants, fees deposited to various authorities. Also, at the time of registration of the project we did not include principle, interest and penal interest paid to financial institution. The said expenditure is permissible under rule 5 as the development cost. Now, we intend to include that experience in our development cost. 9 Promoter Dear Sir, promoter humbly submits to the kind authority that the calculation/breakup of the earlier cost estimates is that earlier the promoter accounted only construction cost of the project which was at that time Rs. 24,00,00,000. During the course of development we realized that Rule 5 of RERA Rules allows us to include interest cost as development cost of the project and needs to be included in the development cost. The interest cost to be incurred in the project is Rs. 1,757,676,771. Further, in addition to the cost of construction has increased to Rs. 39,00,00,000 in the changed market scenario.
