These plots would be allotted after the internal development work is completed and development charges are deposited with Jaipur Development Authority, Jaipur. 2. The Total Open Area 4721.03 Square meters and the area related with Park 565.53 Sqm + S.W.M 50.06 Sqm + Mobile Tower area 20.68 Sqm + Public utility area 10.01 Sqm + ZDP Road area 1106.19 + Road 2968.56 Sq. all other legal and financial consequences thereof
