Remark about Project
As per Township Policy 2010, 07Plots (Plot No. 14, 15, 30, 31, 32, 47, 48) having Total area of 1259.29 Sq. Mtrs equalling to 12.5% have been kept mortgage. These plots would be allotted after the internal development work is completed and development charges are deposited with Jaipur Development Authority, Jaipur. 2. The Total Open Area 7525.48 Square meters and the area related with Park 350.22 Sqm + Gas Line 1500.50 Sqm + S.W.M 50.00 Sqm + Mobile Tower area 20.00 Sqm + PU (Toilet) area 10.00 Sqm + Road 5594.76 Sq. Meter 3. Total Scheme Area is this 18567.00 Sq. Meter as per Approved Layout, Land Loss area 1079.16 Sq. Meter, therefore in our application we have mentioned phase area after deducting Land Loss Area therefore of the project Phase area as 17487.84 Sq. Meter.

Promoter has applied for the updation of the Mortgage free release letter dated 26.06.2024 issued by JDA,Jaipur uploaded in tab of “Copy of Approved Site Plan” and, the promoter has also updated the details of sanctioned and not sanctioned plots, Plot Details & the Remarks column along with the uploading the Service drawings of the Project. Therefore the application is submitted for your kind perusal and approval, pls.
