Remark About Project
1. Adjacent to the Project Land, there is another parcel of land measuring 27930.70 sqm ,the layout of which has been approved by the JDA. Promoter is in the process of obtaining permission from the JDA for consolidation/reconstitution of the Project Land with other parcel of land. Both the land parcels and amenities and services developed /to be developed shall be integrated. Planning of various amenities, facilities and services have been planned and being developed keeping in mind the requirement of both the land parcels together.Upon reconstitution both the land parcels shall be one and the buildings, common areas and facilities shall together become one single project and the Allottee of both the parcels shall have equal rights and interest in common areas.
