Remark About Project
Total land area 35290.21 sqmtr of residential which will be developed by jointly Shilpkar housing Pvt Ltd and City Lifespaces Pvt ltd on the ratio of 50:50,and other area to be developed by as per terms of agreement between both of parties. Both parties applied for RERA registration separately because each parties individually liable to deliver apartment to there respective buyers, building plan partly applied for revision in UIT Bhiwadi. We are upload existing approved building plan. The Parking details as required in the submission is as per revised building plans.
