Remark About Project
Total land of Group Housing project is 118830 Sq. Mtr. Building plans on entire land has been approved by UIT earlier. Development of Group Housing Project has been planned to be developed in multiple phases and stages by the Promoters. Land area for the one of the phase of 25206 Sq. Mtr. We are applying for the registration one phase of group housing project named Aspen Height-I being developed on the part of Phase land, which has been marked in the site plan and same has been uploaded. We are in the process to revise the plans for approved group housing project which would be submitted soon with the authority for revision. We are also in a progress to develop the EWS/LIG units as per the affordable policy 2009.
